Americans Cutting Back On Instagram Use To Improve Their Mental Health

New research from insights agency Opinium shows that two in five Americans are cutting back on the time they spend on Instagram in order to improve their mental health.

    There's a huge difference between what people say and what they do.  Do you have actual usage numbers to show there is a decline?  Or are we just taking people at their word?  How was the survey done?  Online or by phone.  It matters.
