Video advertising platform VideoAmp announced on Tuesday a European expansion, which includes the opening of its first European office in Amsterdam, and new partnerships with TV
networks and advertisers in the region.
With RTL Netherlands, an investor group, VideoAmp launched Automated Audiences, aimed at optimizing cross-platform campaigns for TV
broadcasters and video publishers. The software-as-a-service platform enables the automated delivery of audience-based campaigns with specific viewability goals.
VideoAmp also
announced the release of its Advanced TV platform for advertisers in the Netherlands, France and the U.K. The platform has initial partnerships with IPG’s Cadreon, Smartclip, and
RTL’s IP Network.
“These markets are moving quickly to embrace a 'four-screen' strategy for TV and video. Additionally, we will be launching a linear TV buying system later this
year along with new inventory partnerships and several agency customers," stated Ross McCray, co-founder & CEO, VideoAmp.
“Markets such as the Netherlands and France have very high
levels of viewership in catch-up TV environments, and both agencies and programmers have been very forward-thinking in implementing new software to capture value and give consumers more choice,"
stated Jay Prasad, chief business officer, VideoAmp.
