The Interactive Advertising Bureau released the schedule for a trimmed-down version of the Digital Content Newfronts, which will be held in New York April 30-May 4.
The IAB is also planning to launch a West Coast version of the Newfronts, which will be held in the fourth quarter of this year.
The preliminary schedule for this year’s New York Newfronts include 17 presentations, down from 35 that were spread over two weeks last year. As in the past, IAB will serve as the operator of the Newfronts, leading logistics and marketing.
Companies presenting during the week will include the cofounders of the Newfronts, DigitasLBi, Google/YouTube, Hulu and Oath (AOL, now an Oath subsidiary, was a cofounder), as well as the BBC, The New York Times, Meredith, Condé Nast, Fusion Media Group and Group Nine Media, among others.
