Stylitics has launched an API designed to bring its personalized clothing suggestions to email.
The goal is to bring look-based content “into one of the most important marketing channel,” states Rohan Deuskar, founder and CEO of Stylitics.
The feature allows retailers to dynamically place personalized content in post-purchase and retention email campaigns, the company says.
Stylitics offers an AI-powered platform based on machine learning and human styling, it adds. The platform can create thousands of on-brand outfit recommendations, it claims.
The firm claims that the new email offering, which relies in part on consumer triggers and behaviors, will lead to higher email engagement rates.
“The modern consumer expects personalization at every point along their journey,” states Annie Wazer, vice president of customer operations, Stylitics.
