Experian Offers Data Via AWS Data Exchange

Experian will offer its data products in AWS Data Exchange, a new service from Amazon Web Services (AWS), the firm announced from London on Monday.

Included are over 100 Experian data products.

Customers can use AWS to subscribe to and use third-party data in the cloud.

While this excludes personally identifiable information, users can make business decisions based on demographic data and customer characteristics, Experian claims.

Customers who run analytics and machine learning at scale on AWS have been asking for high-quality data sets that help them grow their business across new geographies and market segments,” states Chris Casey, general manager, BD, AWS Data Exchange.

Businesses increasingly expect "frictionless, self-serve environments," adds Brian Cahalane, director of strategic alliances, EMEA, for Experian.
