Digital marketing platform Acquia has unveiled a tool that it says can help brands deliver an omnichannel experience across the customer lifecycle.
The new service, Acquia Digital Commerce, enables users to unify data, content, commerce and digital merchandising in a single data layer, the company says.
When used with Acquia's Open Digital Experience Platform (DXP), trailers can deliver personalized experience at each customer touchpoint, whether in-person or online, it adds.
Acquia believes that firms can drive revenue by “understanding customer segments and serving the right content and products at the right time on the right channel,” states Kevin Cochrane, senior vice president of product marketing at Acquia.
The firm has worked with commerce tools and Lucidworks to build an “open, compostable commerce solution,” the company says.
