Klaviyo has formed an integration with Salesforce Commerce Cloud that it says will help brands provide personalized experiences in several channels, including web, mobile, social and in-store.
In addition, Klaviyo has launched a Commerce Cloud Cartridge that allows merchants to connect Klaviyo to their online stores
The Salesforce integration allows Commerce Cloud customers to benefit from richer segmentation and advanced predictive analytics, the company clams.
In addition, Klaviyo also supports multi-site integration that can help firms sync multiple Commerce Cloud sites into a Klaviyo account. This enables global organizations to have their data in one place, Klaviyo says.
The arrangement will help merchants “reach their customers and build brand loyalty,” states Rich Gardner, vice president of global strategic partnerships at Klaviyo.
