Digital messaging agency Trendline Interactive has acquired Canadian data and analytics company Data Insight Group (DiG). Terms were not disclosed.
The purchase follows Trendline's acquisition of email agency Inbox Marketer in 2019, and that of Inbox Pros, an email deliverability, privacy and compliance firm, in 2018.
Trendline and DiG hope to “strengthen our ability to offer strategic advice and hands-on analytic support,” says Morgan Stewart, CEO of Trendline Interactive.
Founded in 2000, DiG helps clients organize, analyze and understand their data, the company says.
Stewart adds: "Companies are prioritizing the role that data and analytics play in their marketing efforts to a greater extent than ever before.”
