Stylitics is teaming up with Cordial to allow brand marketers to provide merchandise bundles and style recommendations in triggered emails.
The arrangement combines Stylitics’ AI-driven merchandising and out
recommendations platform with Cordial’s cross-channel marketing capability.
The outfit recommendations will be customized within several types of email, including
abandon browse, abandon cart, loyalty, new merchandise, markdowns, low inventory and win backs.
When retailers use data to provide hyper-personalized outfit
recommendations, “they can create deeper loyalty with their customers,” says Jeremy Swift, co-founder and CEO, Cordial.
Revolve, a designer apparel
and accessories retailer, reports that it has seen a 4% increase in orders when outfitting is included in abandoned cart emails.
Moreover, “Wear It
With” emails pulled a 6.5% increase in orders for Revolve when outfit suggestions were included. And favorite markdown emails generated a 12% hike in revenue, with a 31% increase in campaign
revenue.
