Marketing compliance platform PerformLine has acquired LashBack, a provider of email compliance monitoring tools. Terms were not disclosed.
LashBack offers a feature that monitors unknown bland placements in third-party emails to ensure they are in compliance.
PerformLine offers SaaS marketing compliance solutions for the web, emails, calls, messages, social and documents, the firm says. This includes compliance, from pre-production through document review to monitoring across consumer-facing channels, the firm says.
“We share many of the same clients, and LashBack’s email solution is the perfect complement to PerformLine's omni-channel platform,” says Alex Baydin, CEO of PerformLine.
The PerformLine platform provides analytics, remediation, monitoring, and archiving automating compliance activities across channels and departments, the firm adds.
PerformLine has increased its headcount by 100% in the past year.
