Estee Lauder's Amy Madonia talks transparency, new perspectives, and weaseling her way into marketing success.

Amy Madonia had a different career path in mind when she graduated Cornell University, but after a few zigs and zags, eventually found her true calling was marketing - - more specifically, ecommerce.
