
Enterprise engagement platform Augeo has acquired
Brand Networks, a social media marketing company powered by AI technology. Terms were not disclosed.
Brand Networks provides tools that helps firms improve clean room collaboration,
employee advocacy, and the ability to monetize first-party data across social platforms.
Augeo hopes to “cultivate Brand Network's innovative paid social
solutions that optimize cross-platform advertising budgets with data-driven strategies,” says David Kristal, Augeo founder and CEO.
Kristal adds: “We recognize
the power of synthesizing brand advocates across social media to deepen the connection to stakeholders and local communities.”
Augeo claims to foster connections for
employees, channel partners, consumers, subscribers and members across industries.
Participating in the transaction alongside Augeo was Valor Siren Ventures. Garros Group served as strategic
and financial advisor to Brand Networks.
