Weave, a customer experience platform for small and medium-sized healthcare businesses, launched an AI-driven email tool, of Email Assistant, its second AI-driven engagement product.

The new offering, Email Assistant, allows healthcare providers to input the themes they need covered in the email and receive email text in seconds, the firm claims. 

Email Assistant reduces “the time requirement and anxiety often associated with creating an email marketing campaign,” says Branden Neish, chief product & technology officer at Weave.
