Dentsu Expands Partnership With Google Cloud

Dentsu said today that it has expanded its partnership with Google Cloud so that Merkle’s generative AI solution Merkle GenCx will integrate with Google Vertex AI and Duet AI to allow brands to create connected customer experiences faster, more accurately and more effectively.

    Advanced decisioning capabilities based on 360-degree customer data and real-time optimization on hundreds of models 

  • On-demand personalization 

  • Site content optimization based on large knowledge models 

  • Production of next generation dashboards with use of voice and text search interactions through platforms like Looker

Last month, Dentsu announced a partnership with Microsoft to launch company-wide  access to advanced Azure OpenAI technologies.
