AI Pick-Me-Up: New Tools For Creating Personalized B2B Emails

B2B revenue platform 6sense unveiled several AI-driven product enhancements during its Breakthrough 2024 event this week. 

Some B2B marketers may still be wary of AI. But Latané Conant, chief revenue officer of 6sense, contends that AI is “boosting pipeline, enhancing customer experiences, and supercharging go-to-market efforts.”

6sense expanded the use of machine learning, generative AI and AI agents throughout its product offerings.

This was powered by the data set in the company’s Signalverse, which the company says analyzes more than 1 trillion signals each day.  

According to 6sense, the enhancements include:

  • Conversational Email, which enables marketers to send hyper-personalized emails. In addition, they can use the auto replies feature to instruct the AI agent to create relevant responses within the context of the email thread.
  • AI Email Writer: Sellers can use generative AI to generate personalized content based on CRM data and intent. 
  • Audience Workflows -- Now available in beta, this tool expands on the existing Workflows tool and allows sales and marketing teams to automate the data flow, scale buyer journeys and manage dynamic audiences. 
  • Model Lifecycle Management, an AI-powered feature that monitors and updates predictive models for use in identifying accounts with high potential.

Conant says B2B brands can use AI agents to “revolutionize their go-to-market strategies — whether it's outbound AI agents driving daily meetings or inbound agents accelerating the path from interest to booking.”
