Signatures Meet CRM: Integration Combines Two Email Tasks

Email signature firm Exclaimer has formed an integration with HubSpot, allowing B2B brands to make use of the latter’s CRM platform.

The arrangement will align Exclaimer’s email signature content with HubSpot contact lists. The goal is to transform business email into a targeted marketing channel.

“With 86% of B2B marketers agreeing that personalized content is key to success, we aim to provide a solution that tailors content to audiences, streamlines operations for greater efficiency and impact, and enhances ROI, especially when marketing budgets are tight,” says Rob Singer, CEO of Exclaimer.

According to Exclaimer, the resulting features include:

  • Personalization: users can tailor email signature content and calls to action for different recipient groups, including company type, deal state and contact profile
  • Increased engagement via account-based marketing campaigns run through email signatures
  • Targeted email signature content
  • Campaign management

Possible use cases include:

  • Industry-specific targeting--Brands can target by industry sector, including finance, healthcare or retail by displaying tailored banners.
  • Personalization based on actions like attending a demo or reaching a specific lead score.

The integration “follows the successful launch of recent product releases aimed at enhancing digital marketing capabilities, including the new Branding and analytics features,” Singer adds.

The integration is available to Exclaimer’s Pro Pass subscribers.
