AI Launchpad: Banks Can Use Tool To Set Up, Send Emails

A new AI tool for helping email marketers with campaign setup and launch has been introduced by Persado, a firm that serves financial services institutions.

The new offering, Dynamic Email, is designed to streamline execution and improve performance for batch sends and trigger campaigns using AI, automation, and performance data, the firm says.

Users can achieve one-time set up of a content library organized around offer, emotion, narrative and other other themes. They can then implement HTML, including Persado scripts, and launch the campaign, Persado says. 

Also, Dynamic Email can be extended to CRM and owned channels such as push, SMS, web and in-app, the company claims.

Dynamic Email makes use of the Persado Motivation AI platform, which is built on machine learning, natural-language processing and specialized models.

Why is a tool like this needed now? "Manually conducting A/B testing is time-consuming because of complex setup, results monitoring, and the back and forth to get legal approvals,” says Assaf Baciu, president and co-founder of Persado.

Baciu adds: “This is even harder within campaigns with massive workflows, which often make the push for automation at odds with the need to keep content fresh, react to market dynamics or competition, and speed time to market."
