ZINFI Technologies Inc. has updated its channel management platform with features that it says can help brands work in multiple channels.
Version 11 of ZINFI’s SaaS tool allows firms selling through a channel to deploy automated through-channel automation (TCMA) capabilities, the company claims.
The channels covered include email, direct mail, web syndication, search and social, it adds.
Among the new applications are a “campaign canvass” and a drag-and-drop campaign creation tool that allows firms to utilize automated TCMA tools.
The firm hopes the update will help in “democratizing channel marketing automation, making it accessible to partners of all sizes and capabilities,” states Sugata Sanyal, founder and CEO of ZINFI.
Sanyal adds that vendors “will be able to understand which campaigns are effective using marketing attribution practices, even as those campaigns are run by thousands of their partners globally.”
