ActiveCampaign, has enhanced its mobile marketing app to allow businesses to run campaigns from any location.
The upgrade will help brands access “a customer-centric view," says Tony Newcome, CTO of ActiveCampaign. The features are supported on iOS and Android. One new feature -- campaign reports -- was developed in response to customer demand.
The company’s supplemental app, ActiveCampaign Conversations, allows users to create emails and live chats.
ActiveCampaign users can see details about their customers, respond quickly, manage a sales team, view pipelines and create deals on the go, the company says.
In addition, sales teams can view marketing communications with customers as well as results from campaigns.
Newcome says “mobile tools are integral because customers want more efficient and personal communication across the entire customer lifecycle.”
