Triton Unveils Agnostic Audio Ad Marketplace: Pools 100B Broadcast, Podcast, Streaming Impressions

Triton Digital late Friday announced a first-of-its kind audio exchange aggregating audience buys across broadcast radio, podcasts and streaming audio platforms.

Dubbed the Triton Audio Marketplace, the exchange will pool more than 100 billion audio impressions monthly on an open audio exchange enabling advertisers and agencies to plan, buy and measure the outcome of cross-platform audio ad campaigns.

Triton Digital, which was acquired by audio media giant iHeartMedia in early 2021, said the agnostic audio exchange will launch in the first quarter of 2022, and will draw on audio programming inventory from more than 250 media companies, including 17 of the top 20 broadcasters and more than 700 hit podcast titles.
