UM Delivers For Grubhub, 'Human-Centric' Approach Credited For Win

IPG Mediabrands UM unit has been named media agency of record for digital food delivery service Grubhub.

UM will handle all strategy, planning, buying and data and analytics for Grubhub's brand advertising and marketing.

Grubhub Director of Omnichannel Marketing Bridget Scanlan credited the agency's win to its "human-centric approach to audience targeting and holistic view of media planning."

Havas and Dentsu were the incumbent agencies.
