
Data management platform Cordial has
launched an integration expansion with partners Amperity, mParticle and Segment.
Among other things, the arrangement will allow brands to create faster and more meaningful engagement
across email, SMS and MMS and mobile apps, the firm claims.
These integrations with data and analytics partners will help users “enhance their customers’ experiences
and deliver on our client’s overarching marketing goals,” says Rachel Bergman, CRO of Cordial.
In addition, the integration will help the firm:
- Transfer
cross-channel engagement data from Cordial to customer data platforms (CDPs).
- Ingest contact, behavioral, and ecommerce event data from CDPs into
Cordial.
- Integrate with data partners for audience segments and/or profile enrichment.
The announcement comes in the wake of Cordial receiving $50 million
in Series C funding in July.
The company serves such agile marketers as Virgin Voyages, TOMS, and Eddie Bauer.
