Creative agency Five by Five was tapped as Customer Relationship Management (CRM) partner for Sushi Daily. Part of Asian food company KellyDeli, Sushi Daily is often cited as the top sushi operator in Europe, with more than 1,000 kiosks serving handmade sushi in supermarket each day.
A multichannel rewards proposition is slated this summer following a loyalty trial, currently scheduled for the UK and France this year and other European markets in 2024.
Romy Miller, global brand director at KellyDeli, said the agency impressed the company with its “strategic muscle, creative thinking and extensive technical experience.”
Five by Five has offices in London, Los Angeles and Sydney. UK clients include Activision, Amazon, B&Q and Charles Tyrwhitt.
