IAS Increases Ad Transparency Ahead Of Cannes

Integral Ad Science (IAS) is building its portfolio of partners to give advertisers another layer of third-party advertising transparency in campaign reporting ahead of the Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity.

The latest partnerships with Reddit and Pinterest, announced Thursday, help connect the dots and provide more information in reporting platforms.

The partnerships give Reddit and Pinterest advertisers access to IAS' AI-driven suitability, viewability and invalid traffic measurement to scale campaigns.

"Marketers are looking for brand safe destinations to reach highly engaged audiences across demographics as they look to safeguard and scale their brands," stated Lisa Utzschneider, CEO of IAS. "The launch of our AI-driven Total Media Quality for Pinterest reaffirms our commitment to giving advertisers the confidence that their spend is being allocated towards appropriate environments."

For Reddit, the partnership follows the global availability of DoubleVerify's media authentication offering announced earlier this week.

Using DoubleVerify for keywords from text and subreddits related to flagged posts within Negative Keyword Exclusions or Reddit Community Exclusions provides advertisers with strong intent keywords. It also double-checks that ads will not serve up alongside offensive content.

The partnership with IAS complements Reddit's human moderators and AI-driven moderation tools, brand-safety content detection, and customizable Brand Suitability controls.

IAS's TMQ product suite will be available for Reddit advertisers later this year.
