Summer bucket lists are back, and one of the most popular activities to check off is a visit to all 50 states, thus becoming members of the unofficial virtual “Fifty States Club.”
Captain Morgan Sliced, the spiced rum's new RTD canned cocktails, has teamed up with reality TV star, on-air host and sportswriter West Wilson to help consumers “slice” travel experiences off their own nationwide bucket lists.
Wilson, himself a member of the Fifty States Club, serves as spokesperson for the national social-media campaign.
From now through August 5, consumers ages 25 and up can log on to CaptainMorgan.com/SlicedBucketList to enter the "Sliced is Better'' contest for a chance to win a “truly epic, bucket list-worthy adventure of a lifetime,” per the brand's release.
The prizes, which were curated by Wilson based on his own travel experiences to all 50 states, include: “Slice Through the High Seas of the Sunshine State,” which entails a private chartered yacht sailing off the Florida Coast; “Navigate the Midwest as the Northern Lights Light-up Minnesota Skies,” which sends winners to Minnesota to see the unusual phenomenon and “Experience the Wild West like West,” where the winner will experience a Western adventure at one of Colorado's most famous ranches.

The malt-based RTD Captain Morgan Sliced is now available in grocery outlets nationwide in Strawberry Margarita, Passionfruit Hurricane, Pineapple Daiquiri and Mango Mai Tai flavors.
