Publishers, ad-technology firms and marketers
are being offered a new ad tool based on persona-based AI assistants.
The new solution, MediaMint Intelligent Assistants (Mia), was developed by MediaMint, a firm that works with
clients from the media, entertainment, retail and technologies industries.
MediaMint says Mia’s Assistants can be deployed in as little as three to four weeks without great
dependence on engineering teams. Mia is available for clients and partners in North America, Europe and Apac.
Rajeev Butani, chairman and CEO of MediaMint, says the
Mia model differs from traditional SaaS (software as a service) or AI point solutions because the company owns the execution layer, deployment and operational maintenance of the AI assistants, with
"accountability to deliver outcomes."

Instead, the company dubs this type of "SaaS" product as a services as a software model.
Mia’s AI Assistants provide enterprise-grade
controls and governance, the company says. They come with role-based access, audit trails and rollback safeguards, all overseen by humans.
The assistants include:
- reporting assistant
- account manager assistant
- programmatic assistant
- campaign manager assistant
- trafficking assistant
- media planning assistant
The firm has received support from Recognize, a private-equity firm with a focus on operational
technology service businesses and the "agentic innovation cycle,” said Charles Phillips, co-founder and managing partner at Recognize.
He says, "Media and technology companies are
undergoing a sea change in how they drive revenue, and we’re aiming to position MediaMint ahead of this shift. We believe Mia represents the future of scalable, accountable growth
operations.”
