Jot is a free app available for “Ink from Chase” customers that own iPhones or Androids. With Jot, small business owners can save administrative time in the “back office” by streamlining the process for managing and tracking expenses. The Jot app offers a variety of tools for small business owners including the ability to receive text alerts within seconds of making a purchase with their Ink card, and assign purchases to customized categories or job numbers. The app also enables employees to tag their expenses and then view employee purchases instantly. All spending and expenses can be downloaded into reports (compatible with software including QuickBooks and Excel).
