Digital audio provider Triton Digital on Monday said Finland-based Zemeho, a provider of a music streaming plugin for online games and mobile apps, chose Triton’s a2x programmatic audio
advertising exchange.
The partnership enables programmatic purchase of digital audio advertising inventory within streaming music in online mobile games and applications.
Through the
partnership, game and app developers that utilize Zemeho’s player, dubbed “valinta” for in-app music streaming, can monetize their audiences by inserting targeted, relevant ads into
the music within their games.
Triton said Finnish and Swedish mobile game developers use Zemeho to take advantage of the programmatic audio advertising channel, using targeted advertising
to connect with the gamers that play Zemeho’s titles.
“The ability to deliver relevant, targeted audio ads to the online gaming community directly within the
interactive game experience opens up an entirely new way for advertisers to connect with this audience,” Benjamin Masse, managing director, Market Development and Strategy at Triton
Digital, told Real-Time Daily via email.
