New Email Signature Cloud Allows Use Of Equivalent Advertising Value As A Metric

Email signature firm Exclaimer Group has debuted the Exclaimer Signature Marketing Cloud, joining its existing Exclaimer Signature Management Cloud. 

The new offering allows users to utilize the new EAV (Equivalent Advertising Value) metric to quantify the monetary value of email signature campaigns, according to London-based Exclaimer.  

In addition, Exclaimer has introduced two Power Ups that it says will allow users to drag and drop survey links and integrate calendar booking options into email signature templates.

The new Cloud product comes with a signature engagement analytics dashboard, showing EAV, click-throughs, popular times and days of send, key recipient domains and best-performing signatures. 

Also, marketers and customer service leaders can measure CSAT and NPS in a one-click format, from emails their employees send to customers and prospects.

Other features include a campaign banner rotator to ensure freshness, and a campaign data control center that calibrates stop and start dates for time-limited campaigns.

Another feature is the user details editor, which helps brands to scale data such as working days and hours and gender pronouns across the workforce.
