Salesforce has launched a CRM app for
small businesses that it says will help them manage customer relationships, centralize key data and maintain growth.
The new tool, Starter, is now generally available at a price of $25
per user per month, Salesforce announced on Wednesday.
Small businesses often find CRM systems overly complex, and many have trouble integrating CRM with existing sales and marketing
tools.
According to Salesforce, Starter helps small and growing businesses:
- Generate leads with marketing campaign
templates, segmentation, analytics, an email builder, and AI-powered email send optimization features.
- Win customers with email integration,
AI-powered activity capture, unified customer data powered by Data Cloud, lead and deal management and sales paths.
- Keep customers happy with faster case resolution and
more personalized sales, marketing and service experiences.
Salesforce adds that it has built in AI capability with Einstein Activity Capture to help SMBs sync their email
and calendar automatically to Salesforce.
“With Starter, we reimagined the entire user experience to help companies avoid complex setup and expensive, time-intensive
implementations,” says Kris Billmaier, GM of Salesforce Starter.
