In addition to his agency roles, Gladwell was chief commercial officer at Norton Motorcycles and served as strategic advisor to Accrete Capital prior to
joining Sabio.
Agahi said: “As Sabio continues to grow its CTV-first, transparent and unified platform across global markets, his strategic leadership and partnership expertise will be
instrumental in helping us deepen agency relationships, accelerate adoption and scale in a sustainable way.”
Gladwell added: “The shift from linear TV to connected screens is one
of the most significant changes the media industry has seen in decades. Sabio's end-to-end technology, real transparency and focus on premium, high-quality environments create one of the most
compelling CTV propositions in the market.”
