    That's right, CBS' in-house promo for "Person Of Interest" attracted the biggest audience during CBS' coverage of the Super Bowl Sunday night, according to WPP's Kantar Media Audiences unit. The promo, one of 42 CBS aired for a variety of programming during its black-out-delayed and elongated coverage, edged out a paying advertiser -- Samsung's "Next Big Thing" spot, which was the second highest-rated unit, according to Kantar.

    Interpublic Group of Companies has implemented a major management shakeup of its Mediabrands operation, officials confirm. Out are both Nick Pahade, North American president of Initiative and Yin Roon Rani, who holds the same title at UM. UM Global CEO Jacki Kelley and Initiative global CEO Jim Hytner are shifting to Mediabrands roles. The company has hired former Microsoft chief creative officer Gayle Troberman to a senior marketing position. Kelley is taking on the role of North America CEO at Mediabrands and president of global clients.     Norwegian Cruise Line is the latest brand to sponsor free Wi-Fi hotspots in New York City through a new deal with Boingo Wireless. Under the agreement, Norwegian will sponsor Wi-Fi access at JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Liberty International airports as well as select subway stations in February. The effort is part of the company’s ad campaign for its newest ship, the 4000-passenge Norwegian Breakaway, which arrives in New York in May and will be the largest cruise ship ever to make the city its home port year-round.     After launching its cross-platform measurement service in October, comScore today said it has expanded the sample sizes for audience tracking across devices. It now includes more than a million smartphone users, 400,000 tablet owners, and 150,000 households with connected devices such as game consoles and smart TVs. According to a comScore release, the enhanced Media Metrix Multi-Platform service offers accurate measurement of audience overlap across devices, improved geographic reporting and campaign delivery by local market, and detailed reporting within each media type.
