Software provider Naviga Inc. has acquired Abacus, a CDP and digital experience platform headquartered in the U.K.
The transaction provides Naviga with software designed to “help brands and communities grow engagement and revenue with personalized digital experiences,” says Scott Roessler, CEO of the U.S.-based firm.
The purchase also expands Naviga’s footprint in Europe. Terms were not disclosed.
Both firms share “a common goal of delivering software that expands what our customers can achieve by leveraging audience data," says Al Bird, CEO, Abacus.
Abacus consists of a multi-tenant, international platform that supports digital subscription management and engagement capability. It will be integrated with with Naviga’s Content Engagement Platform (CEP).
The acquisition will provide Naviga clients with “opportunities to provide targeted offers and relevant content driven by data insights across multiple channels,” Roessler says.
Naviga’s CEP helps companies create, deliver and monetize content, the company says.
