When AI-powered enterprise workflow management platform ServiceNow was looking for a new agency to handle its global media services, it was looking for a shop as innovative as its own technology. "In PMG, we found them," says ServiceNow Chief Brand Officer Jim Lesser.
Not coincidentally, PMG's own AI-powered technology platform -- Alli -- was a key factor in the win.
And despite the automation power on both the client and media agency side, the first campaign coming from the partnership emphasizes people. Tag-lined "Put AI to Work for People," the campaign focuses on how ServiceNow supports enterprise customers via artificial intelligence.
"One of PMG’s mandates is to help bring continued and sustained awareness of ServiceNow’s advanced platform and generative AI capabilities to new and existing enterprise customers in key geographic markets," the companies said in a statement announcing PMG as ServiceNow's global media agency of record. "The brand-building and growth-driving efforts will identify the most impactful brand media partnerships to deliver relevant and valuable content to target customers, with messaging about ServiceNow’s unique capabilities at its core."
