Following a banner growth year in 2024 and poised to expand capabilities on several fronts including media, Greenville, SC-based ad agency FerebeeLane has hired agency veteran Jenny-Lee Maxwell as account director.
The hire is the latest in a series of key appointments following 25% revenue growth in 2024 with projected growth of at least 20% for this year.

Growth drivers included expanded remits from clients like Le Creuset, Blackberry Farm, and several Ritz Carlton properties and the addition of new clients such as high-end furniture makers Hancock & Moore, Maitland Smith and Jessica Charles.
Maxwell is a 15-year advertising veteran who oversaw clients like Michelin, Texas Rangers, Denny's, Kansas University, Nature Valley, and Tide Cleaners in tours at Jack Porter, also based in Greenville, and EP+Co in Atlanta.
In her new role, Maxwell will manage client relationships and strategic growth, with a focus on expanding the 20-year-old agency's presence in the premium and luxury categories.
In addition to account management, the agency is expanding its capabilities in other areas including media, with the recent additions of Camryn Hipp and Pricilla Ramirez as Media Planner/Buyers following the earlier appointment of Joy Howle as Media Supervisor.
The agency started its media practice in 2018 and now places about $10 million in media campaigns annually with the goal of doubling that in next 24 months. Katie Driggs runs the five-person operation as vice president-media & analytics.
Design is another area where the agency is expanding. A few months ago it tapped Jeff Hinshaw as senior motion designer who has worked with brands like Verizon, Michelin, and John Deere.
