What's A Conductor Without An Orchestra?

Conductor on Monday introduced several new features including an SEO service called Orchestra, which offers one of the largest SEO support teams since parent company WeWork acquired Conductor in March 2018.

The lowest-tier level of service offers on-demand access via chat, email or phone, while the middle tier offers a dedicated strategist and the top tier offers a custom approach.

The announcement, made at the company’s annual C3 conference, also mentioned that the company is making its services available to all customers, giving all customers access to a SEO strategist.

Conductor on Monday also announced an enterprise SEO platform that integrates on-demand social media metrics and demographics supported with search data and insights.

“Search only shows you part of the picture, and social shows you a lot more details into the customer’s life, preferences and who they are,” said Lindsay Boyajian, director of product marketing at Conductor.

The integration combines data on what customers talk about and search for online into the platform, Conductor Searchlight, within the keyword research feature called Explorer.

The new feature, which uses data from the social listening tool Talkwalker, pulls up the search data around the term as well as the social elements such as mentions and impressions from all social channels to provide marketers with a better sense of how the topic is trending.

For brands looking to create new content, Explorer allows marketers to research the keyword and the topic ideas and provides related trending topics for possible content. In addition to We Company, customers also include companies such as Citibank, Boyailan said.

Within Explorer, marketers can use the research results to put together a content brief within the platform. Many marketers who work with Conductor email the content or topic keyword research to others on the team. Conductor has automated the process by allowing marketers to integrate the content brief into other platforms through Content Brief in the Explorer tool.
