DeepTarget Debuts Email Personalization Tool For Banks And Credit Unions


Fintech company DeepTarget Inc. has debuted an extension to its Digital Experience Platform that it says will drive personalized experiences for consumers. 

The new product, 3D Story On The Go, allows banks and credit unions to launch campaigns built on marketing automation, email, SMS and social media platforms. 

While widely expected by consumers, personalization is “a growing challenge for many financial institutions, especially in understanding how and when to leverage consumer data,” says Preetha Pulusani, CEO of DeepTarget.

Pulusani adds, “Our mission is to simplify digital marketing for FIs by giving them the tools to create and deliver campaigns that compel connection.”

Banks and credit unions can use 3D Story On The Go to prompt engagement with personalized offers and promotions, single product information and immersive experiences. 

Many financial institutions rely on email, SMS and social media for outbound communications, pulling better-than-average metrics, the company notes.
