Finance of America Reverse's Ashley Honoré Smith talks missed opportunities, paying it forward, and attending college at 16!

I've had the opportunity to connect with and learn from executives of major brands at MediaPost's Insider Summits. In the process I've discovered some truly impressive women -- not only for the work they do, but their stories behind the scenes. “I hope this is encouraging for people to say, if you know your strengths and you have enough wherewithal to close the gaps where you know they exist, go for the role.” Ashley Honoré Smith went for the role at Finance of America Reverse even though her qualifications didn’t quite check off all the boxes. Cut to four years later, and she’s definitely closed the gaps; most recently being promoted to S.V.P of Brand & Strategic Communications, Finance of America Companies.
