Taking a Law School Approach to Video Strategy

During last week's TV & Video Insider Summit, Freshly's Director of Customer Acquisition, Adam Gassman, shared his team's solution to limited creative bandwidth that is both cost-effective and works well. After conducting several consumer research studies on their customers and identifying key pain points, Freshly's marketing team applied a Law School formula to producing videos that address customer pain points. As a result, for each video the team could create 10 versions from it with just a bit of editing. This helped drastically decrease the cost to acquire a customer and increase the average click to conversion rate by 103%.
