Local marketing platform Rio SEO has formed a strategic partnership with Movable Ink that it says will streamline the search experience for shoppers by delivering relevant content in email and mobile communications.
With this move, Rio SEO joins more than sixty integration partners as part of the Movable Ink Exchange.
The firm hopes to help brands “surface important information in digital campaigns, such as the location’s hours and address, location-specific products and promotions, and more,” states Brian Smith, director of partnerships and strategy at Rio SEO.
The arrangement allows brands to activate their data and provide messaging that is “hyper-tailored to each individual and device,” adds Adam Stambleck, president and chief client officer, Movable Ink.
In addition, hyperlocal personalization will reduce unsubscribe rates and encourage retention, Rio SEO says.
Smith says consumers “want to spend less time searching for what they need and figuring out where to find it.”
Pandora has worked with Rio SEO and Movable Ink to provide ““highly personalized messaging that provides our customers with the best shopping option based on their location and their past shopping behaviors," says Connor Hurson, CRM and loyalty manager, North America at Pandora.
Movable Ink activates data into personalized content in all forms of customer engagement, the firm says.
