Brand Revolution Acquires Brilliant To Strengthen Social Expertise

Brand Revolution, a creative brand marketing agency, has acquired Brilliant, a social-first U.K. creative agency.

Financial terms were not disclosed.

“For us, this acquisition is about expanding our House of Experts,” said Alisa Walsh Haynes, CEO of Brand Revolution. “Brilliant has built a reputation for crafting powerful, conversation-driving content, and its approach to social strategy aligns seamlessly with our mission: to create bold, emotionally resonant campaigns that connect brands with audiences in a meaningful way.”

The 10-year-old Brilliant has done work for Fox’s Biscuits, Thorntons, Spam and Skippy Peanut Butter.

“This marks a significant step forward for Brilliant,” said managing director Mike Davis. “Brand Revolution shares our values and creative standards, making it a strong cultural fit. Their proven global scale means greater strategic breadth for our clients and broader opportunities for our team as part of the larger international group.”

Brand Revolution has a global team of 200+ experts across five continents and specializes in strategic ideation, creative design, video production, merch and event execution. Its work includes Dell, Google and TikTok.

No decrease in staffers is expected due to the acquisition.

Brand Revolution opened its latest office in January in Cedar Park, Texas, a suburb of Austin. The global agency's creation followed the merger of U.K.-based promo products distributor Fluid Branding and Haute, a U.S.-based marketing and events firm.
