aQuantive, Inc., a digital marketing services and technology company, announced that
LINDA J. SRERE and
JAYNIE M. STUDENMUND have joined the company's board of directors. Srere,
currently a marketing and advertising consultant, brings extensive experience to aQuantive. Most recently, she served as president of Young & Rubicam Advertising. Most recently, Studenmund served as
chief operating officer of Overture Services, Inc., helping the search-based products and tools provider grow quarterly revenues from $50 million to $300 million, and expand into 12 international
markets.
