Tacoda Names Curt Viebranz CEO, Dave Morgan Chairman

Behavioral targeting company Tacoda has named Curt Viebranz CEO. Dave Morgan, co-founder and former CEO, will become chairman, replacing Brad Burnham, also a co-founder. Viebranz formerly served as
Tacoda's chief operating officer.
