Donald Trump has finally revealed how he would force Mexico to pay for a wall on its Northern border. The plan is deeply disturbing and lends additional proof to the GOP front-runner’s lack of knowledge about international relations. In a memo sent to The Washington Post, Trump explained that he would shut off part of the legal flow of money across the border, a move that if implemented would jeopardize the Mexican economy.
