The Helm Agency, New York, part of the WPP network, has been tapped by MDS Inc. to handle its global corporate advertising responsibilities. Publicis, Arnold and Yield, all from Toronto were the
other remaining finalists competing for the account. The Helm Agency will develop print and online components. Spending was not revealed.
