Two Macy’s brick-and-mortar locations in Littleton, Colorado and Dover, Delaware will be converted to fulfill digital orders for the holiday season. While a portion of the store will be
dedicated to support fulfillment operations, another section will continue to operate Macy’s At Your Service Center, which provides in-store pickup orders, curbside pickup orders, returns and
bill pay. The two locations will serve as a pilot of a new model.
