ANDY BERNDT and MICHELLE BOTTOMLEY have been named co-presidents of Ogilvy New York, while HARVEY KIPNIS is now chief growth officer for Ogilvy North America. Berndt was previously managing director of Ogilvy & Mather, New York. Bottomley and Kipnis previously shared the title of co-managing directors of OgilvyOne New York.
