Tricia leads global Consumer Engagement & Partnerships for Gap, focusing on omnichannel strategies and innovative partnerships to shape new consumer experiences. She recently launched a first-of-its-kind apparel room delivery partnership with Virgin Hotels and has tested new channels of revenue through partnerships with emerging brands like Birchbox. Tricia also has a passion for social good at Gap, leading partnerships such as (RED), Nelson Mandela’s 466/64 and Gap's education and advancement program for the women who make thier clothes, P.A.C.E. Tricia was named Top Women in Omnichannel Retail by TotalRetail and FORBES wrote about her in Tricia Nichols on Growth, Change & Social Media. Prior to Gap, Tricia held senior roles at PepsiCo, MediaCom and TracyLocke. Tricia is an adviser / investor for start-ups in entertainment, travel & retail and believes in mentoring as an integral part of career and life. Fun fact: Tricia was formerly an Adjunct Professor at SMU.
