Red Herring Increases Frequency

  • October 17, 2000
Red Herring has increased its magazine frequency to biweekly from monthly giving its readers more timely information and analysis and advertisers better exposure before the publication's highly desirable readership. Starting with the Oct. 30 issue (on sale Oct. 17), the fast-growing business magazine will become more topical and relevant to recent events and more closely tied in the news gathering capabilities of Redherring.com. In addition to the frequency increase two new alternating sections are being added. "Science" will tell readers about technology innovations before they're commercialized - before VCs get to them - and "Culture" will offer stories of interest to Red Herring's readers about relevant art, politics, books and the like. The front of the magazine will feature a comprehensive list of companies that have gone public and "Investor" will become highly integrated with the Redherring.com site as an analytical front end.
