Game Show Network's latest promotion takes advantage of its interactivity to reward a viewer during the channel's Weakest Link marathon. The Lucky Link Sweepstakes, which began Friday and continues through Aug. 18, will reward an interactive player with the network's Aug. 17 launch of The Weakest Link Interactive. A four-hour The Weakest Link marathon airs 8 p.m. - midnight Aug. 17. Interactive players receive an entry each time they play with an episode of The Weakest Link during the marathon. A player can send an email to a friend to participate in the sweepstakes; if the friend logs on to play, both friends receive entries for playing alone with the episode. At-home players can also earn entries for answering bonus questions during each episode of the marathon.
